If you make a purchase on HotBeanBags.com and add the optional Delivery Guarantee, rest assured that your order will arrive on time. HotBeanBags.com will refund the full amount of the items ordered that are covered by our Delivery Guarantee if they do not arrived by the Guaranteed Date.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY GUARANTEE COST: Our Delivery Guarantee is available for certain items at a rate of $10.95 per item.

HOW TO ORDER DELIVERY GUARANTEE: During the checkout process, the option to purchase our Delivery Guarantee will be displayed if the order meets certain qualifications. Qualifications depend on factors such as: number of items ordered, type of items ordered, delivery address, and other factors. When you select to purchase the program by clicking the option checkbox, an additional $10.95 will be added to your order for each item that qualifies.

On the final checkout page, the items covered under this Guarantee and the Guaranteed Date are displayed and the total price is adjusted. By completing the checkout, you are agreeing to the terms of this Guarantee.

The item arrival date is based on the delivery date provided by UPS. If the date of delivery according to UPS is after the Guaranteed Date, then that item is considered late and qualifies for the refund.
