Shipping Methods

UPS Ground

If you order a bean bag chair from our website, it will be shipped via UPS Ground (for most products). We provide UPS shipping to the 48 continental United States. Typical delivery times are between 3 and 8 business days, but most shipments arrive in 4 business days. We provide UPS Tracking Numbers when they become available for most orders. Tracking Numbers are posted to the Order Status Page. To login to this page, you will need your Order Confirmation Number and the last name used for the billing name on the order. Expedited shipping is available for bean bag chairs, but it is very expensive due to the size of the chairs. The chairs are classified as oversized by UPS. Any express shipments will likely cost more than the price of the chair.

UPS Ground

We use UPS Ground to ship most of our inflatable furniture. There is a minor shipping charge for our inflatables. We provide UPS Tracking Numbers on our Order Status Page. The typical delivery time for our UPS packages is 4 - 5 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, please call for rates.

USPS

We ship USPS for some inflatable furniture orders. Delivery to APO/FPO Military Addresses is no longer available for inflatable furniture. We do not provide any tracking numbers for USPS deliveries. Charges may apply, depending on the destination.

Carrier

Bulk orders, custom orders, or special request orders will be shipped via common carrier. Additional charges will apply.

Other Information

If your order contains items that come from different suppliers, please note that your items may arrive at different times because they will be shipped from separate locations. Inflatable furniture is shipped deflated. All furniture is shipped in boxes.
