Bean Bag Chair Warranty

Our bean bag chairs are covered by the manufacturers' warranties. The warranties are extended to the original purchaser and covers defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. The manufacturer will repair or replace the product or components at its discretion. The warranty does not cover products that have been damaged as a result of abuse, accidents, commercial use, or normal wear and tear. Should any product that you purchase from us ever require warranty service please contact us for "return of product" instructions. Hot Bean Bags will then make the necessary arrangements to insure that the warranty issue is handled promptly.

Is My Bean Bag Defective?

On rare occasion, a bean bag is defective. If an item appears to be defective, please notify us immediately for instructions. A defective chair will show signs of improper sewing or irregular printing.

If a bean bag shows evidence of improper use and you wish it to have it repaired, please empty the bean bag of its contents to ship to the manufacturer for repair. Freight charges are the responsibilty of the customer. Repair charges for items not covered by warranty are $15.00, all repairs must be paid in advance.
