At Hot Bean Bags, your privacy is a major concern. The following information is required when placing an order: billing address, delivery address, email address, phone number, and credit card information. This information allows us to quickly process the order and send notifications of the order status. We do not store credit card information. All information submitted is kept confidential. Hot Bean Bags will not, under any circumstances, disclose your personal information to any outside organization for use in marketing purposes.
The colors we display on our website should be considered close renditions to the actual product colors available and may vary due to computer monitor settings. Product colors may vary due to dye lot variations.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and bank debit cards (with a Visa or MasterCard logo). When you place an order on our website, all information is encrypted through a secure server using 256 Bit SSL technology. Your credit card will be charged at the time of sale. If you wish to place an order but do not want to provide your personal information online, you may place your order by telephone. You may also mail a check or money order payable to the address below. (please note that orders by mail will take longer to process)

Most orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Shipping is only available within the 48 continental United States. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Military Addresses. You may visit the order status page of our website for the status of your order. Tracking Numbers are posted as they become available.
Confirmation of Order
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout shortly after placing an online order. Orders placed by phone will receive a confirmation number. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of the information provided from this site and emails. Please carefully review the order information and immediately contact Hot Bean Bags if any errors are found. Hot Bean Bags does not assume responsibility for misquoted prices, payment, availability, and product information, resulting from technical, human, or communication errors.
Cancellations, Changes, and Out of Stock Items
We will accept order cancellations or changes ONLY if the ordered has not been shipped. Order cancellations are subject to a $5.00 transaction fee. Some out of stock items may still be purchased on our website. Your credit card will be charged at the time of sale.
If you are unsatisfied with a product you've purchased from Hot Bean Bags, you may return the product for a refund of the price of the product, minus a restocking fee. The restocking fee for bean bag chairs is $15 per chair. The restocking fee for inflatable furniture is $5 per item. Please note that return shipping charges are your responsibility and can be expensive due to the size of the items. You must contact our customer service department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Product must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.
If a shipment is refused and returned for a reason other than Freight Damage, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges.
Please inspect the delivery as soon as it arrives. If you suspect any damage, refuse and make a written statement with the shipper. Contact our customer service department as soon as possible. If you discover concealed damage, please retain all packing materials and contact our customer service department for further instructions.
Our bean bag chairs are covered by the manufacturers' warranties. The warranties are extended to the original purchaser and covers defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Inflatable products are covered for 30 days from the date of purchase. The manufacturer will repair or replace the product or components at its discretion. The warranty does not cover products that have been damaged as a result of abuse, accidents, commercial use, or normal wear and tear. Should any product that you purchase from us ever require warranty service please contact us for "return of product" instructions.
