Shipping Methods

FedEx Ground

If you order a bean bag chair from our website, it will be shipped via FedEx Ground (in most cases). We ship to the 48 continental United States. Typical delivery times are between 3 and 8 business days, but most shipments arrive in 4 business days. We provide tracking numbers when they become available for most orders. FedEx Tracking numbers are posted to the Order Status Page. To login to this page, you will need your Order Confirmation Number and the last name used for the billing name on the order. Expedited shipping is available for bean bag chairs, but it is very expensive due to the size of the chairs. The chairs are classified as oversized. Any express shipments will likely cost more than the price of the chair.

UPS Ground

We typically use UPS Ground to ship our inflatable furniture, FUF Chairs, and Fatboy furniture. We provide UPS Tracking numbers on our Order Status Page. The typical transit time for most shipments is 4 - 5 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, please call for rates.

USPS

We ship USPS for few orders. Delivery to APO/FPO Military Addresses is no longer available. We do not provide any tracking numbers for USPS deliveries. Charges may apply, depending on the destination.

Carrier

Bulk orders, custom orders, or special request orders will be shipped via common carrier. Additional charges will apply. Items shipped via carrier will not be in a box. Each item will be contained in a heavy duty plastic bag.

Other Information

If your order contains items that come from different suppliers, please note that your items may arrive at different times because they will be shipped from separate locations. Inflatable furniture is shipped deflated. Free shipping is available on select products.
