How long does it take for my custom order to arrive?: Typically, custom logo bean bags are shipped approximately 10 business days after the order has been placed. The production time of a custom order can vary depending on several factors such as: quantity, complexity of logo art, delivery address, and other factors. Custom fabric orders usually ship 1 - 2 business days after we receive the material. Transit time, on average, is 2 - 5 business days.

Is there a RUSH service available?: Sometimes. Depending on the current volume of custom orders and other factors, we may be able to offer a quicker production time. Please contact us for more details.

How many colors can my logo contain?: The price listed on our website is for a one or two-color logo. We can print additional colors, fees apply. Contact us for more details.

Can my order be shipped to a convention center or hotel?: Yes, we ship to convention centers and hotels on a regular basis. Please note that there is typically an additional fee added by our freight carriers for shipping directly to a hotel of convention center. On average, this fee is around $75.

If I am unhappy with my custom order, can I return it?: Unfortunately, custom orders are excluded from our normal return policy. All custom-order sales are final.

What should I do if my custom order arrives damaged?: Please inspect items carefully when they arrive. Refuse and make a written report of any damaged items to the carrier and report to Hotbeanbags.com immediately. We are unable to replace damaged items if a written report was not made to the carrier.

The minimum quantity for custom logo chairs is 12, but I only need one. Can I still order?: Usually not. Setup costs usually make it impractical to print at low quantities. However, if paying several hundred dollars for a single custom logo bean bag chair does not bother you, we are happy to help.

What is the address for sending my fabric for a custom fabric bean bag chair?: After you place an order, you will receive an email with instructions for shipping your fabric to us.

Can I have my fabric shipped directly from an e-commerce retailer?: Yes. This is a great way to save on shipping.
